Elementary Schools
North Bend Elementary
The second grade is inviting parents and guests to view their African projects on March 14 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Nationally known Bainbridge Island author George Shannon will be visiting North Bend Elementary on April 1. Shannon’s books will be for sale during his visit. Order forms and personalization requests can be downloaded by visiting www.nbeschool.com. Payment and forms should be given to Lisa Radmer, school librarian.
Opstad Elementary
A science fair will be open to the public March 13 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the multipurpose room.
Snoqualmie Elementary
There will be a PTSA Board Meeting March 11 at 7 p.m.
Cascade View Elementary
Fathers, uncles and granddads are invited for the annual Donuts for Dads today from 8 to 8:30 a.m. Donuts, Starbucks Coffee and milk will be on the menu in the multi-purpose room.
Middle Schools
Snoqualmie Middle School
The Knowledge Bowl will be held in the library March 10 from 4:30 to 6 p.m.
Chief Kanim Middle School
The middle school is having a hanging basket fundraiser just in time for Mother’s Day. The Squak Mountain Nursery baskets are 10-inches and are selling for $30. High School
Mount Si High School
Mount Si’s annual auction will be hosted March 15 at the Si View Community Center. The Wild West Auction will have BBQ sandwiches while the Wildcat Club will offer reserved parking, a beer/wine reception and an auction ticket complete with sandwich at a higher price than the $20 per person.
