Moses and I am writing to tell you that the snoqualmie tribe will not transfer my daughter Brittany membership over from her being enrolled as a minor to now being a adult member of the tribe. She is Mark Moses daughter and they will not reinstate her membership,they said they banned excepting new members,she is not new she was a member under her father Mark until she turned 18.
