Students in the Eastside Catholic DECA club will be holding a car-seat drive from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Dec. 12. They will be collecting gently used car seats (seats must be less than six years old and never have been in an accident) to benefit families that cannot afford seats for their children, said club advisor Ronda Patrick. You can also donate slightly damaged or worn seats, which will be used to fix other seats, she said.
The donation drive is in partnership with the Merry Go Round children’s store in Bellevue and the Safety Restraint Coalition.
Drop off your the seats at 1014 116th Ave. N.E. in Bellevue, or call 454-1610.
