Second year that the Snoqualmie Valley Veterans Honor Guard led the parade. The Color Guard is from American Legion Post 79 in Snoqualmie with “Future Soldiers” from the US Army Recruiting Station Issaquah and members from the Seattle United States Volunteers-Joint Service Command made up mostly of former soldiers who fought alongside the US in the Vietnam War. Members range in age from 17 to 87 and have been in wars from WW II to Afghanistan with everything in between.
