Fantastic that Roger Hodgson, co-founder of Supertramp is coming to Snoqualmie on August 9! I saw him in California in February and am still thinking about that show all these weeks later. WOW is all I can say! Hands down the best concert I have ever been to and I’ve seen them all. It was so wonderful to see the original singer/songwriter of the classics I have loved for years such as Dreamer, Give a Little Bit, Take the Long Way Home, Breakfast in America, The Logical Song, Fool’s Overture, It’s Raining Again, School, Hide in Your Shell, and so very many more. Pristine voice, he has, and what a talent. Check out Roger’s Tour Dates at http://www.facebook.com/RogerHodgsonOfficial or http://www.RogerHodgson.com.

To hear Roger talk about his music, to know how tuned in, enthusiastic and open he is to the fans before him is a rare, rare thing…..

So…..If you attend just one concert of Roger Hodgson’s, you will be hooked and want to hear more. His soft spoken, candid, humble presences puts you at ease and than he starts to sing. His voice sounds better than ever! You have no doubt who he is performing for, the sea of faces before him, his fans. What do you feel, love. Check out his current tour concert offerings: http://www.rogerhodgson.com/index.html You will never forget the evening you spent with Roger, never……

It’s fantastic news that Roger Hodgson is returning to the US! I saw Roger this past September in New Jersey and his voice sounded even BETTER than the Supertramp vinyls! The charisma and energy he has on stage when he plays is something indescribable, only something you have to experience for yourself to fully understand. His top-notch band compliments his playing & singing beautifully. You feel fully immersed in sound & feeling; your soul is nurtured with timeless songs that remind us of our simpler yesterdays. Roger truly cares about every single person in the venue, between songs he speaks to you like a close friend. No two shows are exactly the same because of the set-lists, they hold our dearest most personal favorites (Logical Song, Dreamer, Breakfast In America, Take the Long Way Home, Child of Vision) as well as the deeper tracks (Sister Moonshine, Child of Vision, Know Who You Are).

The minute the show ends you are already dreaming of the next one, speaking from experience :)

Hope to see you there!! :)

It is a shame the sound it so loud in an area that should be – and was a parking lot- Out in the open all you can do is blast the sound which makes the concert much to loud to really enjoy. The weather is not great and no cover. Went to a Beach Boy concert and it was so amplified it was not enjoyable, A quick way for the casino to draw a crowd into a converted parking lot. Save your money for a indoor concert with the proper acoustics.
