Assist

A Snoqualmie Police officer who is a member of the Major Crimes Task Force assisted the Pacific Police Department with a homicide investigation.

Dog fight

Two dog owners at the dog park on Southeast Park Street reported very different stories about a June 13 incident.

The man with a greyhound said a sharpei/pit bull mix attacked his dog and bit him. The woman with the pit bull mix said the greyhound attacked her dog and that the man kicked her dog while trying to separate the two canines, which caused her dog to bite her hand.

Both owners said their animals’ shots were current, but the officer told them both dogs would have to be quarantined for 10 days and that the King County Animal Control would contact them later.
