Election results update

Snoqualmie Valley School board incumbent Marci Busby still leads challenger David Spring in the latest round of election results released at 4:30 p.m. Nov. 7. Busby has 3,023 votes to Spring’s 2,812. Percentage-wise she leads 51.6% to his 48%.

In the two contested City of Snoqualmie races, incumbent Matt Larson has 1,256 votes to return as the town’s mayor. Opponent Ed Pizzuto has 427 votes. Larson leads 74.4% to Pizzuto’s 25.3%. Heather Munden has 70.6% of the vote to Terry Sorenson’s 29.3% and leads 1,172 to 486.

In the two races for commissioners for the board of the Snoqualmie Valley Hospital, challenger Dariel Norris leads 3,479 to incumbent Dick Edward Jones 1,766 votes. Norris has 66.1% of the votes counted; Jones has 33.5%. Gene Pollard continues to lead Kevin Hauglie, 3,010 to 2,544. Percentage-wise, Pollard is running at 54% and Hauglie has 45.6% of the votes.

On the King County Elections website, the hospital race is listed under Public Hospital District Number 4.

The Si View Metropolitan Park operation and maintenance levy appears to be passing, 2,302 or 78% to 669 or 21.9%.
