When you call their customer service they give you the runaround.

If I could rate them with a NEGATIVE 5 stars then I would.

Although the payment was almost $4,000 they did not credit it to our account.

Not easy to work with and they bought out my home mortgage from another company.

I emailed, faxed and over nightes paper work they claimed they never got.
